Stichting Perl Promotie Nederland
"Stichting Perl Promotie Nederland" means "Foundation for the Promotion of Perl in the Netherlands".
The goal of the Foundation is to promote the use of the Perl programming language by supporting the Perl user groups, in particular the so called "Perl Monger" groups (e.g. Amsterdam.pm), and other means.
The Foundation tries to achieve this goal by organizing meetings and conferences, producing dutch language promotion materials and documentation, and by sponsoring Perl related projects.
The Foundation gets the necessary funding from sponsoring, donations, gifts, and possible benefits from the origanization of conferences.
